What is the difference between the SingleNest and the DoubleNest?

Both the SingleNest and DoubleNest hammocks are approximately 10 feet long, and both hammock sizes will safely hold 400 lbs.

The main difference is in the width of each hammock and the actual weight of each product.

The SingleNest is approximately 4 feet in width and weighs 18oz.

The DoubleNest is approximately 6.5 feet in width and weighs in at 22oz.

The extra two feet in the width of the DoubleNest makes for a roomier hammock and a more comfortable seat when sitting across in the hammock.

What is the difference between the Slap Strap and the Slap Strap Pro?

The original Slap Strap is 92in long and 1 inch wide.  

The Slap Strap Pro is 114 inches in length and .75 inches in width.

The Original Slap Strap has a net weight of 12 oz, while the Slap Strap Pro weighs in at 9oz. Both styles are sold in pairs and when used properly both with hold up to 400 lbs.

Do I need the Slap Strap to use my ENO hammock?

Your hammock will come with two 5/16'' carabineers on the ends that you can use to attach to whatever strapping or connecting device (ropes, webbing, etc.) for the objects you are using as your mounting points.

The Slap Straps make the set up process extremely quick and easy.

You don't need any knowledge of knots, the Slap Straps simply wrap around the object and tighten on themselves. With regular rope, you need to find objects that are exactly 10 feet apart.   Not so with the Slap Straps.  Once you get the Straps tight around your mounting objects, you are left with several loops that hang off and allow you to play with up to 20-30 more feet between your mounting points, giving you almost endless possibilities to where you can hang your ENO Hammock.  

Heavy duty rope isn't necessarily great for a tree's bark either, the flat tubular webbing is much gentler on trees.  Just throw the 9oz Slap Strap in your bag and go.

Will a SingleNest or DoubleNest fit on a standard hammock frame?

Both hammock sizes are 10 feet long, so as long as your frame is around 10 feet, both will fit.

Will the Guardian Bugnet fit over the SingleNest or the DoubleNest?

The Guardian Bugnet is roomy enough to fit over both the SingleNest and the DoubleNest.

The DryFly Raintarp was also designed to easily cover both sizes of ENO hammock as well.  

Are ENO hammocks breathable?

The SingleNest and DoubleNest hammocks are made of porous, UV treated, breathable nylon.  They will not hold water, so can be left outside for extended periods of time, without the threat of mildew.  

This breathable quality lends itself to a cool, comfortable hammock experience.

WARRANTY/RETURNS

ENO warrants their product(s) to be in good condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original sale date. All warranty issues are eligible for exchange. There will be no credits or refunds.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With proper use, your ENO products will last you a lifetime.

They suggest removing sharp objects from your pockets before using the hammock, as they could potentially pierce the hammock.

The hammocks are machine washable. Use a mild detergent and just hang it up to dry. Treat all other ENO products like you would a tent or similar camping gear-wash only when absolutely necessary and by hand.

Pillows are machine washable.
